• PART 1 - THREADING (A–Z)History and benefits of threading; tools, posture, and hygiene; eyebrow shaping and symmetry correction; facial threading: upper lip, chin, and sides; skin care pre- and post-treatment
• PART 2 - WAXING (Excluding Intimate Areas)Hair growth cycles and types of wax; hot and warm wax techniques; leg, arm, underarm, and facial waxing; brow shaping with wax; hygiene, patch testing, and aftercare advice
• PART 3 - BROW & LASH TINTINGColour theory and tint selection; patch testing and safety around eyes; step-by-step tinting for brows and lashes; aftercare and maintenance advice
• PART 4 - FACIAL TREATMENTSSkin types and conditions; client consultation and treatment planning; cleansing, exfoliation, and steaming; extraction techniques (if appropriate); facial massage movements; masks, moisturisers, and serums; tailoring facials to different skin types
• PART 6 - MANICURE & PEDICURENail anatomy and common nail disorders; cuticle care, shaping, filing, and massage; polish application (base, colour, top coat); hygiene and client aftercare; foot soaking and exfoliation; hard skin removal and nail care; relaxing foot massage and polish application
• PART 7 - GEL POLISH APPLICATIONPreparing natural nails; gel product application and curing process; colour layering and finishing; safe removal of gel polish; aftercare and maintenance
• PART 8 - BODY MASSAGEMuscles and circulation; benefits and contraindications; Swedish full body massage routine; back, neck, shoulder, and leg massage focus; correct body posture for therapist; use of oils and aromatherapy; client comfort, draping, and relaxation skills
• IN-SALON TRAINING EXPERIENCE: Working on real clients under supervision (once competent in area); time management and multitasking; customer service and consultation skills; retailing salon products and treatment packages; managing hygiene and client records
