Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking a course.
1. Booking & Payments
- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Full payment must be made before your course date.
- If you're paying in instalments, all payments must be made on the agreed dates.
- If payment is not received on time, your place may be cancelled and your deposit lost.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- If you cancel your course, all payments made will be lost.
- If you need to move your booking, please contact us as early as possible — we may be able to reschedule (subject to availability and an admin fee).
- If Reading Beauty Training needs to cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.
3. Patch Tests
- Some treatments (e.g. lash/brow tinting, lash extensions, etc.) require a patch test.
- Patch tests must be completed at least 24–48 hours before your course.
- It's your responsibility to ensure that you (or your model, if required) have had the patch test.
- Students who do not complete a patch test will not be allowed to join the practical session and no refund will be given.
4. Attendance & Conduct
- Please arrive on time for your course. Late arrivals may miss out on key training and will not be refunded.
- You may be required to work on models or receive treatments as part of your learning.
- Students must always behave respectfully toward trainers and others. Anyone being disruptive may be asked to leave, without refund.
5. Certificates
- Certificates are awarded only when you have completed all parts of your course and demonstrated the required level of skill.
- If additional training is needed, this may incur an extra cost.
6. Health & Safety
- Please let us know before your course if you have any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements.
- All students must follow the trainer's health, safety, and hygiene instructions at all times.
7. Agreement
By paying your deposit or course fee, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
